:iconsolidmario: wanted another tickling picture except the other way around and since i needed practice with milhouse and bart i figured why not :3

This time i was able to use my art room's pastels so the colors are more vibrant :3

the only problem i had was the pastel smeared some and that i couldn't completely fit bart's head in D:

It worked out in the end though i suppose! Again, this can be slash or friendship :3
